The veal supplied by us comes exclusively from animals kept in groups and fed with milk powder, the origin of which can be controlled at any time via the traceability batches. The slaughter age of the calves processed in our farm is between 6 and 7 months. The rearing is strictly controlled by the renowned foundation SKV in quality and health.
